I sent a message to Concepts, where I got them from. They had to be broken before they put them in the shipping box. The box was 10x bigger than it needed to be and filled with packing. The Frogskins box is broken in multiple places and some parts, which were not in the shipping box.

Either way, this is about what I expect nowadays. My Blue Lobsterskin had a scratch on the left lens when I got it but that one isn't etched so I could replace it.
