There are guys that help in the Conus only issue so thats not a problem
Plus even if the seller ships to Greece i wont take the risk cause he may declare full value and that may "burn" me in terms of custom fees so i mostly choose to be shipped to US friends of mine
There are a lot of US ebay sellers that ship to Greece but through the Global Shipping which is awful imo
