Replace Minute Machine Broken Clasp Pin?

Was lucky enough to get a second MM but the clasp has a broken pin as marked by the blue line. Has anyone ever had to replace it? How does it come out?

I think they are spring loaded. There is a tool that pushes the pin together that allows it to pop out.

Couple paperclips would probably work too.

I think That one is a solid pin, not a spring bar.
