missing glasses

I ordered a pair of Carbon Shifts and a Pair of Tinfoil Carbons. They boxes arrived today. When I opened up the box for the Carbon shifts I found the hard case. When I opened up the hard case - it was empty!! I seriously couldn't believe it.

Called Oakley and they are putting a tracer on it and taking care of it. I couldn't believe the case was empty. The tape on the outside of the box didn't look like it had been tempered with at all.

So crazy. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before?

Never have had it happen, but it would be a terrible feeling. Especially if Oakley would put the blame on you, leaving you SOL. Glad they are taking care of it for you. The waiting game continues..

The bad part is they told me today those glasses are back ordered until May 15th. They did give me an additional 10% for the inconvience though.
