Looks like it's a Stretchline. Better off just getting new locks from Home Depot.

Concur with @SiRacer420 It does appear that the 'Oakley' is missing at the top (2 empty holes)

Pretty certain this is the 'Oakley' that is missing unless that is the version with the 'O'
