More posts per thread?

I've been on several forums where you could choose the number of posts that will display per page. I was trying to look for the same option here but could not find one. Am I looking in the wrong place or is this functionality not available?

I was under the impression that most forums use the same underlying software so I figured it would be something that was already available, guess not. I feel like I'm constantly changing pages so it would be nice to have the option but isn't a huge deal.
