bought from the seller non-serialised but in bad condition what do i do now?and are they XX?please help and nose bridge is also loose

Those are indeed X_Metal XX's: the orbit is wider.

You need some gaskets for the lower screw points, is the nose bridge firm(doubtful), if so, you need to speak to the @x-metalman.

On closer inspection...(on my PC), I notice you've got a busted screw thread. Definitely see THE X-MAN, he can do (almost) miracles......

yes need the following

1) Nose bridge Tightening
2) One Temple screw ( as shown in pic )
3) Two gasket screws
