They'd be too thick. And too small to make well. They'd come out square most likely.

Circles in an stl file are generated by straight line segments. Anything smaller than about 3mm in diameter doesn't do so hot, and even thing around 3-5 aren't that great. In my experience anyway. Mileage will vary between machines to some extent, but it mostly comes from the files themselves.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but it'd be tough. All part of the fun and challenges of printing!

Good to know. I was thinking about attempting it at school next week. I may have to turn the creative energy onto their laser cutter.
