Been on the hunt for one of these for awhile. Could never seem make the deal or find one in the condition I wanted. I would like to think patience paid off but I don't have any. So I guess I will call it luck. Picked this up at UPS today. Came in better than I expected. The few scratches it had were very light, looked worse in the pics from seller. Both crystals and the carbon bezel were perfect. It was missing 4 links but I already acquired the band, screws and links. No white box, just the black cardboard box and all the foam pads. I was surprised to find the CD and booklet were in untouched condition, they were not advertised as included. I dont believe the seller was familiar with the watch. 30 mins of metal tuning and a 20 min bath in the cleaner and it looks like new to the naked eye. I plan on full restore, each link to eye loop quality. I actually bought and paid for this twice. First time seller was new, accepted offer thought it was a done deal. PayPal held my funds until she shipped being a new member. She wouldn't ship until funds cleared. I backed out. 2nd time same TBII, different seller, probably a friend, location showed one city away. Got it $225 cheaper plus good timing with a 5X Ebay bucks offer. Another 100 back at the end of March.
Happy day today, couldnt focus at work, looking at it all day.:)

Glad to see you aquired another beauty! Does this mean you are retiring again? :)

Congrats on a really awesome watch
Thanks.

This is the last one except for 2 already in the mail. I am done done and done'r. I am, serious this time, no more, finished. I thought December was bad. February was killer.

Glad you found your retirement timepiece! :) Please post pics after the revival process! Would love to use mine but never had the heart to resize it. I've contemplated again and again about buying a second TB2 to wear but the cost makes it an impossible feat. Maybe if I'll get lucky in the future this will be a possibility ;) Congrats!!!

That's great! Congrats! "Retired".

Congrats Buddy and wait I heard you retired ;) LOL
Thanks, your post is what inspired me to come out of retirement for Nth time. Forgot the #.

Was this the one on eBay that went for 1475? If so I hate to say I bidded on that one also .I had 1450 as max bid.
That is the one. The 1st time I bought it at 1700 that seemed to be the going price here on the forum. My max was 1726 so I was thrilled to get it plus the 100 cash back. There is another one I had been watching thats beat bad, looks like someone took a belt sander to it. Its been sold several times on bids, then a few days later it shows up again. Really strange.

Thanks, will post some close ups when done. As is mine is a little tight to wear. I am going to try the micro adjust first to see if its enough and save a band. If not I would have to add 1 link. From looking at @QLR1 s selfie I think he is the only one that could wear a TBII without sizing.:)

congrats!! Super nice watch for sure!! There is just nothing like having a TBII in the collection!! Also you got a pretty low number as well!! I got mine from Oakley 4 years ago and my number is in the 900's!
