Nanowire 3.0 as a donor lens?

So I have an old pair of Nanowire 3.0s in Black Iridium Polarized that is cracked. Of course being so old Oakley can't/won't replace them. The lens itself is in great condition outside of the crack so I figured it could be a donor for something else. I don't know the base curve on this lens, but maybe someone here does?

Also if someone needs spare parts for their Nanowire let me know
