Need a Accessory Kit but unsure of model of sunnies

Hi,

I have a pair of prescription polarised Oakley's I think 'Half Jacket' a few years old now, all black plastic

I am unsure already bought an accessory kit and the arm rubber is way to tight, so would be good to find out what glasses I have so i can get the right arm and nose rubbers
