Need Help Identifying What Model Oakley Sunglasses Thread

Hello All,

First post here. I have a need to identify my Oakley sunglasses because I need to replace one of the Temple Sleeves which has disappeared. I’ve had these a number of years so they are not current.

I am also making an assumption that only the specific model Temple sleeves will work as a replacement?

If anyone can help, then thanks very much in advance.

It's not this model but it's very similar, i saw live time ago.
The difference is on the side frame that it's not curved but flat.
This model was given only to sponsorized athlets for beijing 2008 olympic games.

Sounds like you are looking for the what I believe is the “Safehouse” edition. I could be wrong though. The color is like a mint green.

I thought maybe A Wire or C Wire, but I cannot find any of those that are also 'half-frames.' Also, in the "Half Wire" models I've seen, the section where the arms meet the front frames are different.

If they're "half frame", then they're either fake, or the dreaded "prototype".

Imo, it looks like an A wire that has been altered into some sort of of half wire.
