Need Help Identifying What Model Oakley Sunglasses Thread

Hey everyone!
Can anyone help me identify what model my Oakleys are? I need replacement lenses and I am not sure after all these years what model I have? Also if you have suggestions for sunglass replacement lenses I would be most appreciative.

Gen 1s have the 'Jet Inlet' shape cut out(also found on the 'Moon' and 'Fate'), making the 'O Icon'. Later models used the 'O Icons', which were seperate pieces, in O-Matter.
