Larry Rabina for me is the best for this job, right now he's in Philippines but he lives in USA 
If you want to do it at home and understand moving metals on a buffer wheel you can use a drill with a buffer on it and flitz to create friction and it will move most superficial scratching. You will get a high polish finish from doing that but it will patina back original to what it was with a little wear time.
If you want it truly polished back to a scratch free and like new the other fine folks here have already spoken the best advice... Zach for sure... I know he was away for a bit but checking messages so be patient if he does not respond promptly...Similar threads
