New guy need some help

Hello guys
Just took those out of my closet after few years and looking to buy a new ( I dont know how its called in english ) since im missing one of those things that put the sunglasses on the ear.. i tried to find it on the internet (ali express and ebay) but without succes
Can someone help me to find a link to buy it online ? I will be thnakfull to wear them again
