New Oakley boots

Got these new Oakley boots for work. They are really comfortable and look great. The only thing I don’t really like is the reflective strip on top of the toe area. Not sure why they put it there.

Are they true to size ??

They are slightly on the snug side, but pretty close to true size. I’m not having a problem with them. They are really comfortable and well cushioned. If you like your shoes a little looser, just go a half size up.
