I have been a longtime Oakley fan since getting into cycling in 1988.
I had a pair of eyeshades that served me well until I was able to afford Mumbos. ( skipped a generation )
I had numerous after getting to know the Oakley rep.
I since had numerous wires, Original M frames, Radars, Jawbones.
I was on vacation in 1991 in Hawaii when I first saw a low serial number Oakley Romeo and was blown away by how cool I thought they were.
I eventually saved up for a pair.
I since bought 2 pairs of Juliets, and one Penny.
The early innovative days made me a lifelong fan.
Innovation has been less in keeping with my tastes since Luxorica.
I wish I could afford C6's due to my love of everything carbon fibre, but I don't think they are nearly as cool a design as Pennys.
Thats my Oakley illness in a nutshell.
