Tapatalk isn't free. The Android version was $0.99 a few weeks back. I think it is $3 or $4 on both OS

Some forums (not this one, if I'm not mistaken) have free apps that uses Tapatalk.

Weird indeed. I have never been able to get a free version of the app. I know they had betas in the past (not sure how one was able to be part of the beta). But I did a search in the Google Play Store and it only produced the paid apps that I already own.

When I had the iPad a while back, I didn't see a free version of the app either.
