Those aren't sold by Sears..they're sold by a 3rd party marketplace seller.

Uhm yea they're sold by seller "The Sunglass Shop" on the Sears Marketplace. That's the equivalent of buying from an eBay seller or Amazon Marketplace seller, which isn't necessarily a bad thing athough this seller doesn't appear to have any feedback/seller ratings and their business e-mail address is a gmail account..
