Frame = 9.5 - plasma frame has zero discoloration and is IH Tight, meaning they all came a hair loose from the factory, but they have not gotten looser since I've owned them for 2 years
Lenses = 8 - the lenses started peeling on the bottom inside edges about 6 or 7 months ago, not sure why...you can baaaaaarely see it when looking out of the glasses. you have to literally tilt your head up and point your eyes down to see it. they just look like smudges if you do all that. my camera is sick, so it picks up all the details - I know, it looks pretty bad, but I swear on everything you cant even see them when wearing
