Oakley 3.1 Double Wide Lights Stopped Working

HELP! All of the lights on my 3.1 Double Wide stopped working all of the sudden. Any ideas on how to fix? It’s all of the lights including the top one.

Any instructions on replacing them. I’m not electrically inclined or literate. Also anyway to test to see if that’s it for sure?

Id bet a dime to a dount. Take the top off, youll see it. two wires. May even have wire nuts on it.
If it doesnt, add nuts after.
Ive done it once or twice...

Well it was fixed and it went out again after about a week. Any ideas or advice?
