OAKLEY as employer

Hello folks!

We all here respect and admire Oakley as a concept and brand, but I don't know how much % of us know Oakley from the inside - as an employer.

I'd like to invite current and past Oakley employees to share information, if you would like of course , positive and negative sides of the job and some funny anecdotes why not? I'm interested in knowing some.
I checked the forum and I read some comments from people that works or worked there. Care to share?

AFAIK, Employees get 70% off and can buy a limited amount of frames (around 20) per year.

They can't (well aren't supposed to) jump and snag super limited editions on day one with their discount tho...

Concerning Ex_Oakley_Employee's postings, there are indeed interesting and I didn't find them in my search before posting, albeit they're not exactly what I was looking for writing this post.
