Oakley CarbonX Base Layer Top - Comfortable?

I have a question for someone that has one of these. Is it comfortable to wear?

Never seen one in person. I can get one locally but not sure of the material.

These run very small, I got an XL and it fits more like a medium. Never actually wore it, it's just too tight and really that's the way they are suppose to fit since they are made to go under your race suit..
