Oakley D1 parts

I found this banged-up Oakley D1 watch at the thrift shop recently. Seems to be working fine, but cosmetically it's pretty scratched. Would the best way to fix this be to order extra parts on ebay and the like?

These are kinda a throw away watch. They're getting more rare in "good shape", but you're not going to find parts for them. I do see them in New condition for $25-75 often if you look. I'd just enjoy this one as is if I were you

Besides Ebay, check Mercari and Poshmark. I see them every once and a while there as well for decent prices. The D1 was my first Oakley watch. I think I still have it in a box somewhere in the closet or garage.
