Sorry I can’t help with either of those.
@Markman69 and @cacatman forager (58x50mm) lenses Are big enough for madman (41x41mm) cuts. BUT I wouldn't do it unless in a complete pinch. Forager is only a 4x2 base curve toric! Super flat. Compared to 8.75 base curve... It'll be goofy.
@donkeanu why not just get prizm Sapphire Polarized lenses!? Etching and all intact. I can send you a set worldwide for $114. Custom cut on 4 base I dunno. But Crossrange XL came in Prizm Deep water polarized I believe, 6 base curve, they should work fine! But might retain partial incomplete etching.

@Chris A Hardaway i found a chart of lens base curves and it says “wind jacket” has an 8.75? Does that mean windjacket 2.0? Would that be able to be cut to fit a madman?

Also I saw someone say they used a flak jacket to make a lens for the penny. Which both have 8.75 ? I hope these work cuz if they do I want every prizm lens for my madman! Lol
I can't put this in unless someone can categorically state that. Did you see that somewhere here? Penny lenses can def be cut out of flak donors. Wind jacket 2.0 is not an 8 base curve. It's toric. I am betting the only donor large enough for madman since it's basically 41mm tall in Prizm is gauge 8L. Prizm Ruby, prizm tungsten, prizm Sapphire Polarized. But I can't confirm that @Markman69 it sounds like you want to try. Maybe you can ask @Japanese JellyfishSimilar threads
