Oakley Half-X broken hinge repaired

It' a tiny little hex key can' remember the exact size but it's damn small

I found it, thanks.. it's a .035 inches / .9mm . Was able to resurrect both pairs of my Half-x's! I'd given up on them for a long time, but I'm glad I went back and made the effort.

Hi! First, great job fixing your half x. You inspired me to do the same! Second, how did you cut the titanium sheet to the hinge's size? How did you molded the cylindrical pin where the spring runs along? Third, can you describe the tools involved?
