Oakley Half-X

Thinking about selling my Oakley Half-X sunglasses and going with a pair of R2. Is there anybody out there that can compare the two pairs? I have had my Half-X's for about 3 months and have both green iridium and tungsten iridium polarized lenses. Any idea what these would fetch? Pretty much mint all around.

R2 fits way better if ur hinges on ur half x flex out when u put them on. I love my r2. One of my favorite xmetals

I have noticed my XX's fir much better....But my wife likes the Half X style on me.

I know the R2's come in X-Metal, Polished and Carbon. Am I missing any options?

I really wanted to like the Half X.. they look great on me. Unfortunately due to the hinge issue, I won't wear them, and they're actually a little tight. The R2 is the PERFECT replacement for them and I'm glad I got my R2. Just make sure that if you get some you get them with good lenses and rubber as they're difficult to find replacements for.

Read that qtrain's hookup can cut R2 lens. Reviews are pretty positive.
