Buying Oakley ID insert - warning label

Hi folks,
I have an Oakley Wallet which is about worn out, the item I'm most keen on finding is the black ID and credit card insert, black perforated leather on the outside, mesh ID window and card slots on the inside.

The insert has a yellow warning triangle on the outside of it.

Anyone who has one (or more) they'd like to move on please let me know.
