Oakley Jawbone Gap and Squeaking/Creaking?

Recently got a Pearl/Grey one from Oakley Vault, however... When I press on squeeze one side (top of frame and jaw of frame) of the glasses, there's this creaking/squeaking sound. On the other side there is none.

And on one side, the part where the jaw meets the top of the frame has a 1mm gap whereas the other side doesn't.

Are these normal? Are there any remedies?

Thanks!

Do you have any pictures? It would help us diagnose the problem. All I can think is that maybe the nosepad or thru-bolt isn't correctly seated, which could cause the gap.

Happened to have another pair of Jawbones lying around and interchanged the lenses and voila! All is well. No squeaking nor gaps on the closure point. So, I guess the Oakley lens cutting measurement was off, by maybe... micrometers.
