Oakley Judge Battery Replacement

i got a judge with a depleted battery yo be sent to me. can anyone help where is the best place i can have it replaced? can a regular watch smith do it or i need to send it to oakley? thanks.

I believe a normal watch repairman can replace the battery, though some may not (I have a very good Russian watch repairman who won't touch certain oakley models for whatever reason).

Anywhere that changes watch batteries can change an oakley watch battery. There is nothing special about them.
