Great thread. I wrote the thread regarding Flak Draft Asia Fit not having interchangeable lenses with Flak Draft standard fit, back in June.

Flak Draft Asia fit lenses NOT interchangeable with regular Flak Draft.

I also have a post possibly for your Fits for Asian faces "Good" list. I replaced the nosepads on my Mainlink frames and they fit my big asian head well and don't rub my eyelashes or rest on my cheeks. Mainlinks (with swapped nose pads) are my everyday wear now.

Gotta say, one of the biggest benefits of Asia Fit pairs is that they're usually cheaper, though harder to find
