Anyone know an online shop where I can buy Rx Lenses without sending the frames in?

Prefer non-Oakley branded if possible (cheaper )

How will you measure your PD (pupil distance) without going in? You can probably send in a pair of existing lens or dummy lens for cutting, but it'll need adjustment and fine tuning to have it fit properly
