I bought this thinking I could wear a small, I was wrong, lol. As cool as the belt is I figure instead of putting it in my case I'd see if anyone on here would want it. It is used but very nice and smoke free. Looking for $65.00 shipped in the lower 48.

Do you know the range of waist size the S will fit?

I believe Oakley advertises 30" waistline and smaller. I wear 31" jeans and I can get the belt around my waist but it bunches up the jeans to be able to buckle it. I've got a M size brown skull belt too I've got plenty of belt to use on it that's why I thought I could wear a small too. No such luck...
