Oakley Tailend / Tailpin / Tailhook - how to remove / change lenses?

Howdy folks, registered to ask this question since I couldn't find text or video clues elsewhere on the internet.

Anyone know how to change the lenses on the Oakley Tail- series?

A few vendors make a variety of aftermarket lenses, but I don't see any obvious way to remove the stock ones, and there's no official documentation on this subject.

Observing the frame:

• I can see the lenses are secured in two locations, at roughly the 10- and 2-o'clock positions.
• There is one tiny screw above the earstem hinge areas.
• It's possible the 2nd securement location (near the nosebridge) is simply a passive retention tab. It looks fixed in place, part of the metal injection molded nosebridge.

I could try disassemblying starting with the aforementioned screw, but I'm worried whether it re-assembles easily... the hinges are spring-loaded.
