What I'm curious about is what kind of a tattoo artist would do that to a person who is that drunk?

Especially if he was so drunk he can't even remember doing it? Not good.

Well thanks for killing my idea for a cool Julie tattoo! lol, but seriously, I have no idea what kind of tattoo artist would do that. We sure this wasn't drawn on? Either way, the artist behind it really sucks!
