Haha, no not really. Oakley never offered the Mars or Romeo with TiO2. They SHOULD have but these were refinished to staisfy my TiO2 itch.

they were some ideas to release a Penny TIO2 but nothing official

There are rumors that some Samples are somewhere outside ...

Yeah some items got SKU'd but never released; this appears to be one of them. AFAIK nobody here's actually seen one, except for clones...
