Yeah, i could be wrong, perhaps there is no issue with the tempo´s and tombstones. It´s just that the first thing i thought of when i saw the tombstones was: "I have seen these glasses before"

And the Tempo is most likely 'inspired' by the New Zero...

Oakley legal team isn't afraid of suing anyone

And since there doesn't seem to be a known lawsuit between the companies... It may be because there actually isn't any form of patent infringement...
