Overall the lifestyle segment is doing fine despite what we think are boring models. It's actually the sports segment with the crazier stuff like the Jawbreaker, Racing Jacket, Radar EV, Radarlock and the like that is struggling. Hopefully everything will be positive when the numbers come in for the EVZero and the Olympic campaign.
The layoffs were bound to happen no matter what. It took them a long time to make it happen but it's super rare a large and global organization would not do mass layoffs after absorbing another large org. It's just part of normal integration.
