Oakley Vertical Computer Bag 3.0 FPS?

I recently got the Oakley Vertical Computer Bag 3.0 and saw a FPS thing inside. (Mobileedge Floating Protection System)

What exactly is this FPS thing? Is it for when you drop the bag in water and it will stay afloat? Couldn't find anything about it on the attached pamphlet.

Hi, yup it's a floating protection system, designed to help keep the bag afloat. It also serves as a cushion to add more space between your laptop and the table or floor when inside the bag. Awesome bag, I've gone through 3 different generations and I have to say they just keep on getting better! Nothing says Oakley at the workplace quite like this bag. Looks great with a suit too!
