Maybe if we can locate one outside of texas that store could ship it.

Oakleyforum has a lot of member, and I'm surprised to see how many of them are willing to give me a hand. That's just sad that, at the moment, I can't get the item out of texas

Sounds like I'm a little late chiming in here, but FWIW...

It is illegal to ship alcohol from out-of-state into Texas i.e. to your home as opposed to a distributor importing.

I've never heard of anything saying it's illegal to ship OUT from Texas, though... Five minutes on google didn't find anything, either.

If the seller won't ship, maybe a local forum member can act as a middleman - there's LOTS of us here in Texas...

Why did it get held up in customs? Do you think an individual could buy this particular product from a store and arrange shipping out of state/country after?

I think I had to sign some paperwork declaring what it was. How many. That sort of thing. Ended up having to pay DHL like 180 extra to handle it.
