Oakleys as safety glasses?

I was using an Oakley Radar as my safety googles, I was working in a Microbiology Lab. though.
Microorganisms and chemicals yes, but no fragments or metal particles flying around. I loved it. Other day I came to the conclusion is the pair I used the most in my life hahahaha not any X-METAL or whatever

Hi SD,

Thank you for your email.

The Industrial M-Frame was actually certified for EN166 several years ago, so was able to be worn as safety eyewear in the EU.

Certification is only valid for a set period of time however, at which point the application must be made to renew the certification. The brand at this point decided against this process unfortunately, so they are no longer EN166 certified – even though, as you say they meet the specifications and no change has been made to the design.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Kind regards,

So... I am a little late, it was EN166 certified, but not anymore, but it could be..
