Sure sign of a fake is that little card on a string every Fake has.
Well maybe not all fakes have it. The best fakes don't. But most Oakleys with a label is fake. Other telltale signs:


Plus:
- box with mesh outer layer as shown in the revant optics articles.
-separate cleaning cloth (exception: models with photochromic lenses).

According to OR, yes, but I see no metallic flakes unless
It’s the lighting. @TheStig do you see any flakes in the red. You really can’t miss it. I have two pairs of metallic red and I’ll check when I get home this afternoon
I took possession of that mint Half Jacket frame today.
And yes, metallic flakes are visible but only under high magnification.
