These look fake from that one picture and almost looks like the arms are folding.Are these real or fake. Did Oakley have the trade mark on there gen 1.that's if thease jackets in fact are legit and gen 1.

It's a fake. The arms are folding and there should be no trademark sign on the oakley logo.
