Hard yo say... actually that hatching seems not following the frame curve.. yes probably the lenses are not OAKLEY but frame is Legit. I found on facebook time ago some lenses etched like this one. I investigated within my contacts and according to most of them quality and fitting were poor...

The bottom one from ebay.fr
They have different arms, the bottom one arms is much thinner than the other. Does this exists or is it fake lol..
The build quality looks same and the angle is different on arms also
