I am wondering in Jones broke the Rooney rule.

I bet he did.

The Giants have a background of playing physical. I just read that he wants to run the ball and stop the run.

I think he may be a good coach. You have a promising young QB and very good RB. Now you need to shore up your lines. Less convinced about your GM.
