Offshoot Troy Lee Design-fake or No?

Not sure if this is the right forum, and if not please direct me to the correct one.

I purchased a pair of Offshoot TLD on Ebay and haven't received them yet to post additional photos, but am looking for some thoughts based on the listing:

It's item number 331859269688

Since this edition is no longer sold, I'm having a difficult time finding photos for comparison and wish I had checked on here first Thoughts?

If you received the glasses and it says TOMMY LEE Design then its fake, that might be tommy lee from motley crue and hes a drummer and not a designer.....
