Old Oakley Valve Lenses fit in new Valve?

Can anyone tell me if these lenses will fit my new (old) Valves I just got. OH And What is OEM Or NOS

OEM is original equipment material and NOS means new old stock....If you need some I have 2 sets of grey BNIB (brand new in box)
