Order Canceled...

I placed an order on the Oakley website a month ago and received an invoice for the order. Today I just check on the website via the Order Status and it states that my order was canceled. I was never sent an e-mail of cancellation. Is this common practice with Oakley?
 
I'm going to make a big assumption and guess that they are going to tell me they are out of stock and that they don't know why I didn't receive a cancellation e-mail. Any bets? I'll reply with the answer in a few minutes.
 
There are a few items on the website that show in stock that arent actually there, ran into this a couple weeks ago. They never charged my card for them though since they were not in stock.
 
The last time I had that happen to me I was able to get 25% off of my next order, but my card was charged and then refunded after I called customer service.
