The spoon is a family heirloom. My grandfather was stationed in England ww2. They were issued a spoon for mess. He lost his one day, asked for another and was denied. Being an aircraft mechanic, he went to the shop, grab a chunk of aluminum from a part of an RAF Spitfire, and hand forged his own spoon. Used it his whole life. It is engraved, Hesemann, 1943, Spitfire.

Really cool story...but, come on federal government, give the poor man a spoon!

I started with one pair of splice just to represent the frame in my collection...I now have 4 and am getting lenses cut for 3 pair. They are an addicting little frame.

Little update. Thanks to custom stands by @SiRacer420 this little countertop case is at max capacity! Added a couple Juliets that were tough decisions to get rid of, but managed to track them down and buy them back. Thanks to @GTgold and @Zanerow12 for keeping them safe for me!

Also listing them as they sit today, some get lens changes frequently, some stay the same. Also listing serial numbers as none of my boxes are numbers matching and would love to track down a couple of them.
