Paypal rule Screwed me

Well Im venting but here goes

So I sell 3 pair of Radar lens
I sent pics of the lens to the Fin Buyer.
He gets them and says he dosnt like the tint on one pair.
I tell him send em back Ill give him a full refund
He says no I want to keep 2 pair. So i tell him ill refund him $10 on the pair he didnt like
I was originally selling him 2 pair for $30.00 shipped. Then I sent him the pic of all 3 and told him $40
Oh and by the way he wants me to pay return shipping.
I told him to go pound sand I wont pay shipping
He files a paypal claim.
I feel bad Like a Jackass
I send him $6.00 to ship F&F
Well the dip ****ttt sends me one fin lens and keeps the other 2
I have to file an appeal with paypal on the deal
They issued him a refund based on him shipping me the lens

Im not gonna be a nice guy anymore this is BS
And Paypal sucks A$$

I've seen that happen before. Let them know exactly what happened and they SHOULD help you. Good luck man, that sucks a big fat one.

If this was Craigslist....someone can't just buy items, take them home and be like "oh no man I don't like it"; and then make the seller drive over and them pick-up while giving a refund — only to get back just 1/3rd of it all.

Definitely file an appeal. That's completely f***ing stupid.

That sucks. Looks like someone found a PayPal loophole where they return a portion of the merchandise, then file a full claim because they can provide a tracking number going back to the seller. In my own dealings I will be sure to either provide a partial refund for compensation, or will only accept everything back. No partial merchandise returns.

Good luck with PayPal. Everyone knows they heavily favor the buyer, so it wouldn't surprise me if you simply get screwed on this one.

Sorry that you got screwed man. You're a good guy to deal with. Please dont hesitate to expose the buyer with appropriate feedback so that others will avoid dealing with the prick
